Gluckman to retire; Van Der Wiele named VP
After 30 years of corporate service, Kenneth Gluckman, Vice President and Associate General Counsel, has announced his decision to retire. With Gluckman’s departure, Chrysler LLC has named Louann Van Der Wiele Vice President and Associate General Counsel – Product Litigation and Regulation.
As Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Van Der Wiele is responsible for defending product liability litigation. She will also oversee the defense of class action, warranty, lemon law and service contract litigation as well as advise the company on regulatory affairs and other vehicle-related consumer protection matters.
Van Der Wiele joined Chrysler in 1989 and has most recently served as Assistant General Counsel –- Product Litigation and Discovery.
