Experience the benefits of Tai Chi

Auburn Hills employees are invited to meet the Health Activity Center’s new Tai Chi instructor, Michael Ashmore.

Register for this 30-minute session to learn about the benefits you may experience by performing Tai Chi regularly, including reduced Stress, increased flexibility and improved muscle strength.

Sessions are scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 23, in Room 1S of the Tower from noon to 12:30 p.m. and from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m.
