Customer Satisfaction Team profile: Interior systems
Today’s Customer Satisfaction Team (CST) profile is Interior System.
The team deals with issues involvling instrument panels, hard and soft trim, overhead systems and the steering wheel and column.
Executive sponsor of the team is Richard Chow-Wah. Support director is Matt Reynolds.
