Not too late to sign up to help build a playground Nov. 1
So far, 130 employees and contractors have signed up to join in the next Detroit-area Chrysler/KaBoom playground building project Saturday, Nov. 1.
The Chrysler Foundation, Metro Detroit Dodge Dealers, Chrysler/JeepĀ® Superstores, Chrysler Financial and the Detroit Community Initiative are teaming up to build a playground at the Josefiak Playlot, 13151 Grenier, near McNichols and Gratiot roads in Detroit. About 175 volunteers from Chrysler, including spouses and guests over 18, are needed to build the playground structure.
