Several groups realigned to report to Customer Office
In an effort to achieve and sustain customer satisfaction and delight, company officials announced a number of organizational changes today.
The following organizations are realigned to report to the Customer Office (Quality) and Doug Betts, Chief Customer Officer.
From Manufacturing: Manufacturing Quality
From Global Sourcing: Supplier Quality
From Service & Parts: Service and Program Management
From Product Development: Quality and Reliability Engineering within each Product/Component team; Product Vehicle Engineering/Resident Engineering within each Product/Component team; the Chrysler Development System (CDS); Vehicle Test Evaluation and Proving Grounds Durability; and Stress Laboratory and Durability Testing
Additional details regarding appointments and staffing will be announced at a later date. In the meantime, all other components of the Customer Office will remain unchanged.
