Governor says Kenosha resale to Fiat unlikely
Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle says Fiat is unlikely to exercise its option to buy the Chrysler car-engine plant in Kenosha.
In an AP Newswire story, Doyle called the news disappointing but not surprising.
When Fiat bought Chrysler in June it preserved the option of also buying the Kenosha engine factory by July 31. Without the purchase, the facility remains on schedule to close October 2010, the story said. (AP Newswire)
