Customer Satisfaction Team profile: Base Engine and Adaptation

Today’s Customer Satisfaction Team (CST) profile is Base Engine and Adaptation.

The team deals with issues involving engine and front accessory items, such as belts, idlers, tensioners, intake/exhaust manifolds, throttle bodies, short and long blocks replaced, fuel rails and fuel injectors, but not engine sensors.

Executive sponsor of the team is Jim Issner. Support director is Joe Guertin.
